Phase 1 Of Our Belvedere Parade Development Begins in Bridlington

Ashcourt Homes are pleased to share a further update on our exclusive Belvedere Parade development with you. 

The groundworks to refine the roads, sewers, and foundations of the plots are now complete and above ground construction has commenced! 

The schedule of construction will see the plots built in phases. The anticipated completion period of Phase 1 is Summer 2022, and this will consist of: 

• Plot 19, The Mizzen

• Plot 20, The Caravel

• Plot 21, The Banyan

• Plot 22, The Lazaret 

This will be shortly followed by Phase 2 which we anticipate will complete in Autumn 2022, and will consist of: 

• Plot 1, The Fairway

• Plot 2, The Bower

• Plot 3, The Cardinal 

• Plot 4, The Vedette 

All plots in the first two phases of development are currently under pre-release reservation, and the sales team at Ashcourt Homes are currently working hard to finalise the unique high-grade specification for each home.
