Ashcourt Homes started with our very first development, Christopher's Meadow in West Butterwick, North Lincolnshire. The development consisted of four different detached house types, between 3 and 5 bedrooms. Each house type had been specially designed to offer modern, practical, energy efficient living solutions.

Building high-specification properties was already something we had experience and expertise in within our wider group. With this behind us, we were able to actively seek and carefully select land that suited and matched our exclusive needs and high standards.

When we had an opportunity to purchase land in the ideally located Chapel Allerton in Leeds that came with a run-down former hospital building to renovate along with further land to develop other bespoke properties, we saw a great opportunity to further our portfolio.

Having previous skills and experience repurposing grade 2 listed buildings into residential properties, we were able to renovate the existing building and create 6 homes split between 3 apartments and 3 houses. Further houses were also built on the development to create a total of 18 properties.

Having completed on the final property at Mansion Gates, we then moved straight into our next development in Bridlington. Situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire, Belvedere Parade was established. Construction started in late 2021 with completion expected the following year, the homes on this development are as unique as it's location on the sea front with both sea and golf course views.
