Phase 1, consisting of plots, 19, 20, 21 and 22 are all individually designed houses all featuring custom upgrades to the interior specifications. Each of the plots benefit from a front facing balcony overlooking the sea with a long drive to a double garage. Phase 1’s mixture of 4- and 5-bedroom houses also have generous garden spaces to the rear of the properties with the rear view of the homes looking over towards Bridlington Golf Club. Each plot has bedrooms which also benefit from a direct sea view on the ground floor.

We are pleased to announce that works are well underway for Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the development with plots reaching second lift brickwork with the joists and floor installed. We anticipate that Phase 3 of the development will be formally released for sale this Winter.
