We are proud to have been awarded the title ‘Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment for Yorkshire and the Humber’ at the 2019 UK Property awards for our Mansion Gates development in Leeds.

The development consisted of the renovation of a large Grade 11 mansion house formerly known as Gledhow Grove Mansion. The historic mansion was originally built in the 1830’s by owner John Hives, a Leeds industrialist & mill owner, with the help of architect, John Clark. The mansion house was renovated into three bespoke homes, East Wing, West Wing and The Hall. The mansion’s 3 storey rear was also converted into three, luxury apartments.
